Before you ride

Match the plate and photo
Before getting in, confirm the driver's photo, name and licence plate in the app match the vehicle in front of you.
Share your trip
Turn on trip sharing with someone you trust for every ride, especially at night or on an unfamiliar route.
Use in-app contact only
Calls and messages with your driver stay inside the app, so your personal number is never shared.
Report anything unusual
If something feels off during or after a trip, report it immediately from the trip screen — every report is reviewed by a real person.
